I have been a patient of Dr. Dushack for several years now. He is an excellent doctor and an amazing surgeon. I previously saw two other surgeons for the same problem inside my ankle. As a result of their care my problem returned with a vengeance. As a result of Dr. Dushack’s excellent course of treatment I am able to do what I love to most which is teach kindergarten and First grade without any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Dushack for typical as well as complicated problems with your foot. He takes his time with all of his patients and explains everything thoroughly and in terms we can understand.He is one in a million. Before Brianna became office manager she was an amazing nurse who always went out of her way to help me feel better. I always feel like I am in very good hands. As office manager she is also one in a million. You can call with any problem and Brianna will make sure that you are seen as soon as possible. She is also your go to girl with tricks up her sleeve to help you in the recovery process after surgery or with just typical foot problems. Dr. Dushack’s wife Bri is also amazing. She is behind the scenes but if you need help with insurance claims she is extremely knowledgeable and always an advocate for her patients. Another nurse became a part of the Apex family a few years ago. Her name is Jessica. She is also an amazing nurse with a wonderful bedside manner and Dr. Dushack’s right hand. Jessica always helps her patients feel so much better physically and emotionally. You can also count on her to provide you with tricks up her sleeve so that your recovery after surgery or a procedure is flawless. Dr. Dushack added an associate to his practice last year. Her name is Dr. Hilbert. She is also amazing. When I’ve seen her I feel like I am seeing Dr. Dushack. She has all of the wonderful qualities Dr. Dushack has to be incredible doctors and surgeons. Dr. Dushack saw my 6 year old daughter after she sprained her ankle. He was so nice and caring. He made sure to take xrays for breaks and was super gentle when examining her hurt foot. He suggested a boot but when I asked about an air cast, he said that'd be a great option too and even helped me look for one locally for her! So rare to find a doctor willing to go above and beyond! My 5 year old daughter had a gymnastics injury and Dr. Duschak was able to thoroughly examine her and give us an abundance of time to review his findings. He had an amazing bedside manner, spoke so we could understand as could our 5 year old, answered all of our questions and had great follow up. The office was friendly and very helpful. We appreciated his concern and for a very thorough appointment.

After sustaining injuries at Football, Dr. Robert Dushack operated on my son and repaired his ankle. His knowledge and his skills were outstanding. My son’s recovery was perfect and practically painless. He is playing football again and feeling stronger than ever. I would like to personally thank Dr. Dushack and I would highly recommend him for any Surgery or Any questions at all related to podiatry. Dr. Dushack is a great podiatrist . I have serious diabetic nerve pain. He was able to give relief with a combination of medication and shoe fittings and inserts. It feels a 100% better. Highly recommended.

Had to have both bunions repaired. She was a great surgeon! No complications and I healed very well and I am so grateful that I have full use of my feet again.

Dr. Andrews correctly diagnosed my peroneal tendon tear, which an MRI later confirmed. She was a good listener and helped me regain full use of my ankle. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Apex Foot & Ankle in Fort Myers! Dr. Jessica Andrews is simply amazing. She took the time to listen to my sons concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure he was comfortable throughout his entire visit. Her professionalism and care are truly top-notch. I also have to give a shout-out to her nurse, Syndee, who was so friendly and attentive. The entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They have short wait times and I now take my father there as well. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, which really adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for exceptional foot and ankle care, I highly recommend Apex Foot & Ankle. They truly go above and beyond!

Dr. Jessica Andrews performed surgery on my right foot. I was basically disabled and in pain daily before the surgery. It was a tricky problem, and I was unsure if the surgery would fix it. A super big thank you to Dr. Andrews and all her terrific staff in the office. The surgery was a huge success. Just got back from a vacation where I walked for miles and miles every day and was pain-free. Can easily recommend.

After almost a week of pain and no answers from other doctors, I took upon myself to call here and set an appointment. Best decision I made! I got so many answers to my pain, walked through all Xray & MRI images, explained every thing clearly. After getting in a ankle brace the pain is already getting better! They have very nice and friendly staff, clean office, and fair pricing as I paid out of pocket. Highly recommend this office!
